The Road Home

This mixed-media collage is based on a section of rural highway near our Central Pennsylvania home. I hope it evokes the warmth, joy and optimism that this place brings to our family. The piece uses vintage quilting cottons and embroidered detail as a nod to quilting's long history here.

ORIGINAL MATERIALS:
Vintage calico quilting cottons from Central PA quilts and hand-embroidered detail were used in this original mixed-media painting and will be visible in your print.

PRINT DETAILS:
- Printed in the USA using high quality archival inks.
- Print measures 8.5 x 11 with the art image printed in the center.
- Paper is 260 gsm and a 10 mil thickness. This art reproduction mirrors the colors of the original piece.
- Print will arrive matted in a custom 11 x 14 antique white mat that has been signed and dated. It will fit in any standard 11 x 14 frame.
- Print will be packaged in a cellophane slip and mailed in a hardback flat envelope for protection.
- The signature watermark that you may see on your screen will not be on the print you receive.
